The EnGauge team of coaches and consultants is led by CEO Ron Bordelon, a veteran of corporate America and business education. A graduate of Lousiana State University, where he earned BS and MS degrees, Ron started his career as a CPA with Big 4 accounting firms, eventually becoming a principal at Arthur Young. Over the years, he has served some of the most respected names in business – including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Texas Instruments, The Dallas Morning News, Ericsson USA, Comerica Bank, Staubach Company and others – as well as more entrepreneurial organizations in all stages of development. Ron has also served as CFO of several companies and as Treasurer of Trammell Crow Company, (then) a $7 billion, 3,000-entity real estate developer.
For more than 25 years, Ron has translated his experience on the front lines into insights for future generations of leaders as a graduate professor at the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management, and at Texas Woman's University where he teaches Strategic Finance and Coaching & Mentoring as part of the school's EMBA program.
